A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Crews arrived to find two cars that had been in collision, one with front end damage and one with rear end damage. The car with front end damage had overturned in the incident and come to rest on its side.

“From the car with rear end damage, there was a female patient, believed to be in her 20s.
