  3. As you mentioned you were at the scene, the police are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who may have seen either vehicle beforehand to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 289 of 30th May.

  4. I was also at the scene of this horrific accident. I truly feel for the loss that family and friends of Thomas Edwards will be feeling as any loss to a family is great but I saw Mr Edwards face when his helmet was removed and irrelevant (Sarah) what his age was, I saw a young man who has lost his life and his family and friends need to come to terms with what has happened and don’t need grilling on what and where Mr Edwards was or wasn’t going or doing. I was there also with my sister and I would like to pass on my condolences to Thomas’s family and friends for their loss at this very sad time. May he rest in peace.

I would like to pass on regards also to the driver of the car who Mr Edwards hit as he was in a bad way also, tho he seemed physically unhurt I am sure mentally that he will suffer for a long time, my thoughts are with him too.

    1. Sarah he was 24! I really can’t get my head around it!! I’ve lost far to many people between Christmas and now!! this has absolutely destroyed me!! r.i.p bro xxxx
