Recall to Duty Information

A recall to duty occurs when a member of staff has finished their tour of duty and is recalled to work prior to the start of the next tour of duty.

This may occur because a large-scale emergency requires more personnel than those normally available.

The website will indicate the 3 types of ‘Recall to Duty’ notices – Card A, Card B, and Card C. For the majority of the time, it will be Card A – Business as usual. But should the site indicate that anything other than Card A is in operation, it will be necessary to  read the instructions provided by clicking on the Recall to Duty area shown in red on the image below:
