Ambulance staff definitely don’t do it for the thanks, but we understand just how much their work can mean to you in your moment of need.
Ensuring we provide a high-quality service for patients is the number one priority for the Trust.
Judging by the hundreds of letters, emails, phone calls and social media messages we receive, we know that many of you are really grateful to the staff that answered your 999 call or come out to help you in your hour of need.
Equally, it may relate to some of our staff or volunteers helping you over a longer period of time, for example, taking someone you for renal dialysis over many months or perhaps the person who offered you a calming voice down the end of a phone in an emergency. At such a difficult time, we know this can make all the difference.
If you would like to pass on a message to the staff that helped you, we would be delighted to help. Our staff really appreciate it. To make it easier for us to identify the individuals, if you can, please provide some or all of the following:
Send a thank you
