Ambulance staff definitely don’t do it for the thanks, but we understand just how much their work can mean to you in your moment of need.
Ensuring we provide a high-quality service for patients is the number one priority for the Trust.

At such a difficult time, we know this can make all the difference.
I am certain my mum wouldn’t have made it had it not been for the diligence of the three female paramedics who attended to her. Thank you so much. Their persistent but gentle approach about going to hospital saved her life.

If you would like to pass on a message to the staff that helped you, we would be delighted to help. Our staff really appreciate it.
