A man has died after a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Wolverhampton on Sunday (16th) afternoon.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were called to reports of an RTC on Birmingham Road in Blakenhall, Wolverhampton at 1.13pm and sent two ambulances, a paramedic officer, a MERIT trauma doctor and a critical care paramedic to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “On arrival, crews found a man in a critical condition, who was receiving CPR from a bystander.
“Ambulance staff immediately took over and administered advanced life support, however despite best efforts, the man could not be saved and was sadly confirmed dead at the scene.”
