After receiving so much support for his debut single earlier this year, a control room dispatcher from West Midlands Ambulance Service has written song number two for charity.
With a passion for music, Tollgate-based Emergency Medical Dispatcher Aaron Wilkes bought his life-long dream to reality at the end of September when he released his debut single ‘Stand Together’ which has so far been listened to more than 9,000 times.
Aaron, 38 from Stafford, said: “I received so much support for my first song back in September that it encouraged me to develop a second song called “The Adventure”. I’ve combined good, easy listening lyrics with a Celtic feel and as part of a duet and is a story about the possibilities and excitement of a new relationship. It has a bit of a Christmassy feel and it’s due to be released on Friday 13th December. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, listened and downloaded my first song. I hope that my second song will raise even more money for charity.”
Aaron’s passion for helping others means that, once more, 100% of the royalties from his new song will go to MAAC and TASC.
You can find out more on Aaron’s Facebook page here. “The Adventure” will be available to listen to and download on Friday 13th December on all available music streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and Deezer.
