Who We Recruit
We recruit a range of clinicians for our Emergency Operations Centre, including paramedics, nurses, prescribing nurses and paramedics, paramedic and nurse practitioners and advanced nurses and paramedics.
Our clinicians use the NHS Pathways clinical triage system and their specialist skills and experience to further identify the individual needs of each caller and provide the best clinical advice, enabling patients to access the most appropriate source of care.
Recruitment Processes

Applications will then be shortlisted and candidates that meet the criteria for the role will be invited in for interview. Successful candidates will then be made an offer of employment subject to references, enhanced DBS check and Occupational Health screening; the recruitment team will be on hand to guide and assist applicants throughout this process.
If successful and appointed in role, candidates will be provided with in depth training and mentorship to help fully inform and prepare them for their new role.
Entry Requirements
Entry requirements will vary depending on the specific role that you are applying for, however, you can generally expect the requirements to include; evidence of qualifications, registration with the required regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, NMC etc.) as well as evidence of relevant experience in that field of work. All essential requirements will be outlined in the live adverts when posted.
