The Trust has pledged its support to the Armed Forces through signing the Covenant, which is a promise from the Nation that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces and their families are treated fairly.
Under the Employer Recognition Scheme, we have committed to support the recruitment of ex-services personnel and are committed to supporting reservists and cadet instructors. Reservists are given an additional 13 days paid leave each year to cover annual camp and training commitments. In addition, the Trust has set up Military Network with military champions to support new staff joining who are ex-military. Each year the Trust celebrates the various military days and respects those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
